Guylaine Seulliet
During her childhood, drawing was always her favorite hobby. And yet, it was only in 1991, by marrying an agricultural life, that painting really took hold.
Self-taught and curious to learn, she did several internships with painters such as Christoff Debusschère, Franck Janca, Eugen Chisnicean, Marc Folly and Christine Muller.
Her love for animals and the nature that surrounds her will naturally lead her to animal painting.
But no matter the subject, it is always with great happiness that every morning she finds her canvas and her brushes. From her pictorial research, appear above all animals but sometimes also other themes.
Painting remains for her the key word. Love of the medium, of these moments of silence, of research, of these moments of surprise where the subject comes to life on the canvas. Her treatment of the material is remarkable giving an incredible impression of life and presence to her subjects.
